Job Description
- Work with the content & marketing teams in creating online and offline press releases, pitches, case studies, white papers, and press kits.
- Build relationships with new media contacts (online & print media) and maintain relationships with existing contacts.
- Organize and invite media attendees to our product launches and other brand-related events.
- Participate in strategy & brainstorming sessions of the sales, marketing, and executive teams.
- Develop and implement comprehensive PR strategies to enhance brand awareness and reputation.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, influencers, and industry stakeholders.
- Plan and execute engaging events, including product launches, press conferences, and promotional activities.
- Coordinate logistics for events, including venue selection, vendor management, and budgeting.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of messaging and branding across all PR and event initiatives.
- Monitor media coverage and industry trends to identify opportunities and proactively address any issues or crises.
- Measure and analyze the effectiveness of PR and event campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date on emerging PR and event trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Assist with other marketing and communications projects and initiatives as needed.
- Manage influencers and content creators by pitching, negotiating, and ensuring that both parties understand the requirements.
- Develop briefs for content and partnerships with the help of the creative and brand team.
- Lead influencer contributions for all launches and campaigns.
Job Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications, Marketing, Advertising, or any related course.
- With exposure in various marketing communications such as public, community, and media relations from advertising agencies or any similar industry.
- Strong knowledge of the influencer marketing landscape and has a wide network.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- In-depth knowledge of social media management for various platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective negotiation skills.
- Computer literate with a high degree of proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite of products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
