Position: Technical Support (Hardware)
Company Industry: BPO Company
Work Location: Ortigas
Work Schedule: Morning-Mid shift
Work Set Up: Onsite
Salary: Php 25,000-Php 30,000

Job Requirements:
• 2-3 years’ experience in Customer Support and Technical communication
• Experience in troubleshooting different hardware and software issues
• Familiarity with basic phone etiquette and excellent listening abilities.
• Strong written and vocal English communication abilities.
• Open to work onsite

Job Responsibilities:
• Responsible for responding to all customer request and inquires
• Accurately responds to clients’ questions via email, phone and other channels.
• Actively participation to company training
• Troubleshoot issues with team members and technical resources as necessary to guarantee
• complete resolution.
• Building a good relationship with client and customer
