Qualifications
Non-negotiable/Required
- 2-5 years of experience as a Scrum Master for multiple application development team
- Good interpersonal skills
- Good communication skills
- Knowledgeable in managing risk, issues and dependencies.
- Good collaboration skills
- Demonstrated leadership on continuous process improvement
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and coach Scrum Team
- Works well in a matrix organization
- Scrum Master certification

Education/Experience
- 2-5 years minimum experience as Scrum Master
- Certified Scrum Master
- Bachelor’s Degree graduate
- Experience in Scaled Agile Framework, or any Large Scale implementation of Agile/Scrum methodologies for an Enterprise
Nice-to-have/Advantage
- Knowledge of Scaled Agile Framework, or any Large Scale Scrum methodologies
- SAFe Certification / Training
- Experience/knowledgeable in Product Model
- Experience on a CRM implementation project specifically Salesforce
- Domain knowledge on credit card processing is an advantage
Responsibilities
- Manages scrum foundation, values and principles within the team.
- Facilitates and coordinates all Agile routines and tactics, oversees the building of the Agile team’s backlog to ensure the team continues momentum.
- Provides regular communication to all stakeholders and partners for transparency and awareness of outcomes and impediments.
- Guides the team through the implementation process and encourages Agile ways of working.
- Responsible for products/assignments of high complexity and/or scope.
- Performs under minimal guidance and supervision.
- Provides guidance to other team members and may lead a functional team and/or product team.
- Applies extensive in depth knowledge of professional concepts and established technologies.
- Salary:
- 120.000,00 ₱ Monthly
