Senior Software Engineer Remote

"Technical Skills Requirement
The successful candidates will have around 4-6 years’ experience in:
• JavaScript
• General .NET development (Linq, OO programming and design patterns)
• ASP.NET (and supporting web technologies including CSS, AJAX, JavaScript)
• Jquery
• HTML 5 / JavaScript / CSS
• Knowledge of NoSQL databases specifically Raven DB
• Angular
• AngularJS
• Kendo UI HTML 5 / JavaScript Controls

• Experience of Test-driven development (TDD)
• Strong knowledge of ASP and .NET web framework
• Proficient in C#, SQL and AngularJS, with a good knowledge of their ecosystems
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming
• Strong client communication skills
• Familiar with various design and architectural patterns
• Familiarity with document databases (preferred)
• Experience with web application frameworks
• Knack for writing clean, readable, and easily maintainable code
• Understanding of fundamental design principles for building a scalable application
• Basic understanding of Common Language Runtime (CLR), its limitations, weaknesses, and
workarounds
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools (Git, SVN etc.)
Minimum:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science
Experience Required
 At least 4-6 years relevant experience as a Software Engineer or related role in B2B software
industry
 Communication Skills: Excellent in Spoken English with a strong customer focus
 Coordinate with Product Manager / Owner: Yes, on Daily Basis (Daily Stand Ups)
Key Competency and Experience:
Minimum:
• Proven / demonstrable experience working in a Scrum environment as a Scrum Master
• Extensive experience as a development manager including implementation of source code control,
continuous integration, agile development methodologies
• UML knowledge / understanding essential

• Champions the use of systems and process to drive business performance
• Track record of balancing both business and technical priorities and persuading others to make sure
this balance is maintained
Preferred:
• Understanding of CRM / CPQ / Sales Management business systems
• Understanding of the technology and / or managed services industries
• RavenDB or NoSQL experience

This is an open-ended contract role. The individual will be reporting to Engineering Team Lead who is
also based out of Philippines however this role requires communication with our teams in other parts of
the world as well."
