Barista

We are looking for YOU! Come be a part of trendy and exclusive coffee shop environment! We are looking to hire a hard-working, self-motivated, and high-energy individuals to join our staff as a Barista.

You will be responsible for :

-Greet customers as they enter
-Give customers drink menus and answer their questions regarding ingredients
-Prepare beverages following recipes
-Serve beverages and prepared food, like cookies, pastries, cakes
-Receive and process payments
-Keep the shop clean
-Inventory check
-Check if brewing equipment operates properly and report any maintenance needs
-Comply with health and safety regulations
-Communicate customer feedback to managers and recommend new menu items

Skills
-Previous work 1 year experience as a Barista or Waiter/Waitress for coffeeshop (required to do latte art)
-Hands-on experience with brewing equipment (advantage if can do pour over coffee)
-Knowledge of sanitation regulations
-Ability to gauge customers' preferences
-Excellent communication skills
High school diploma; relevant training is a plus

Pay: Vary upon experience
minimum 20,000 (after training period)
