Job Description:
As an HR Generalist, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth onboarding and offboarding processes, effectively managing recruitment, and handling disciplinary measures. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of HR tasks aimed at supporting our employees and enhancing our HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment:
- Organize and actively participate in the hiring process, including posting job openings, screening candidates, and conducting preliminary interviews.
- Maintain and update the recruitment database and personnel records.
- Oversee the creation and publication of job positions on various job boards and company websites.
Employee Onboarding and Offboarding:
- Implement and manage onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a positive experience for new hires and departing employees.
- Oversee the collection of required onboarding paperwork, ensuring all legal requirements are met.
- Conduct new employee orientations and facilitate a smooth onboarding process.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless transitions.
- Oversee the exit procedures for departing employees.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to drive continuous improvement.
Disciplinary Measures:
- Enforce HR policies and procedures related to employee conduct and performance.
- Handle disciplinary actions, ensuring they are conducted fairly and in accordance with company policies.
- Prepare and issue memorandums on cases affecting employee performance, attendance, and work environment.
- Address and resolve employee grievances and conflicts in a timely and effective manner.
Employee Engagement and Development:
- Inform staff about HR developments and procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth communication.
- Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee morale and satisfaction.
- Conduct surveys and gather feedback for ongoing improvement.
- Encourage staff to advance their skills and competencies through training programs.
Documentation and Compliance:
- Ensure all communications with employees are well-documented and acknowledged.
- Enforce documentation and record-keeping standards and protocols.
- Submit weekly reports on job summarization to the Operations Manager.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, particularly in recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and disciplinary actions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Salary:
- 24.000,00 ₱ Monthly
