Job Description

Responsibilities:
Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
Review resumes and applications, conduct phone screens, and schedule interviews.
Coordinate and participate in candidate interviews, both in-person and virtual.
Conduct reference checks and background screenings for selected candidates.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external recruiting agencies.
Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate pipelines and track recruitment metrics.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Assist with other HR-related tasks and projects as needed.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a corporate setting.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring.
High level of integrity and professionalism, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Salary:
16.000,00 ₱ Monthly
