Job Description
2. Oversees the examination of quality issues, locating the underlying causes and implementing corrective and preventive actions.
3. Collaborate with other department to monitor sample stocks.
4. Monitor the progress and effectiveness of the quality control processes.
5. Recommend and implement improvements when required and training staff to use them.
