Job Description

We are looking for an experienced customer relations supervisor to be responsible for engaging with key customers by building and preserving trusting relationships. The customer relations supervisor will constantly identify opportunities to grow the customer base and build positive relationships with new clients. You should also be strategic and analytical when finding solutions to problems to ensure maximum client satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Graduate of any four-year business-related course
With at least 4 years of related working experience, 2 years of which are in a supervisory capacity
With excellent customer handling skills
Above-average oral and written communication skills
Willing to start ASAP
