Job Description

Description :

Handles telephone inquiries and provides corresponding assistance promptly.
Prepares the patient Information sheets of phone-in reports of hospital admissions.
Coordinates with the Underwriting Department and the Revenue Management Department to verify the membership and payment status of members who are availing their benefits whether in-patient or out-patient basis.
Receives and logs customer complaints using the specified form and tries to deliver solutions/actions to these complaints.
Assist internal customers to their various concerns.
Requirements:

Graduate of any 4- year course.
Must have experience in BPO, customer assistance, call center handling.
With experience in an Insurance or healthcare account is advantage!
Above average communication skills
Willing to work in Gil Puyat Ave. Makati City
