Technical Manager

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Directly reporting to the Chief Executive Officer for day-to-day assignments and other instructions to be delegated.
• Will act as Central Technical Support and render Research & Development functions to all departments under the company.
• Conduct technology and market research on the latest trends which are applicable and essential to the company’s growth and competitiveness.
• Develop innovative engineering solutions for both existing services and demand-based opportunities to maximize success rate specially the project delivery.
• Conduct Technical Research on multi-engineering fields and practices based on local and international set-up to continuously innovate and support company’s value propositions.
• Perform high level of Engineering Calculations from time to time and generate Life-cycle Cost to reveal the most advantageous options to the Client.
• Conduct technical presentations and scheduled site visits where necessary to gather actual operational data of the facility and to come up with technical reports.
• Assist the Management during scheduled client presentations.
• Attend Client meetings as delegated and represent the company on certain deliverables.
• Others to be delegated during the tenure with the company.

Qualifications:
• Should be an Electro-Mechanical Engineer with at least 15 years of extensive experience in MEPF Design, Technical Planning, Construction Implementation, Property Management, and other similar industry.
• Should be a licensed Engineer; Mechanical and or Electrical engineer with good scholastic records from top universities; UP, Mapua, TUP, UST, and other highly recognized universities.
• Well versed in applicable codes and standards like; ASHRAE, NFPA, AWWA, PMEC, IMC, UPC, Fire Code, etc.
• Possess strong management skills and able to communicate well with company principals and Sr. Level personnel.
• Highly analytical, maintains positivism even during challenging situations, and able to provide workable solutions.
• Result oriented and highly dependable on every assigned workloads.
