Job Description

- Overseeing clerical tasks, such as sorting and sending email feedback and responding
- Coordination with all officer about the update of store intro of applicants
- Keeping an inventory of office supplies and ordering new materials as needed
- Maintaining files
- Ensuring the office runs smoothly
- Scheduling meetings and sending meeting invites to attendees

Qualifications:
- Graduate of any two-year or four-year course
- With knowledge of Microsoft Office, G Suites
- Keen to details, and a team player
