Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:
-Verifies if work implementation is according to plan and specification;
-Quality assurance/control – reviews/checks report;
-Conducts QC inspection and prepare reports;
-Prepares submittals, hand over and punch list;
-Prepares order lists for rebar to suppliers, monitors rebar stockpile at site and staging area;
-Prepares weekly progress report for the owner with regards to OSM cement and OSM Rebar;
-Reviews qualities and estimates;
-Evaluates cost proposals, billings and accomplishments of sub-contractors;
-Identifies balance of works to ensure compliance to target;
-Checks, reviews and evaluates of work schedule (target vs. actual);
-Disseminates information to concerned supervisors with balance work and punch lists; and
-Ensures timely handling of enough resources for activities with high quality of execution and within the budget level.

Qualifications:
-Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
-Required language(s): English, Filipino
-At least 2 to 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
-Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
-Preferably a local resident of Bacolod or nearby cities
-Willing to start immediately
-Willing to work on night shift ( if needed)
