Warehouse Staff

• Responsible in maintaining the accuracy of inventory and shipping records (incoming and outgoing of items in the warehouse);

• May assist in packing, shipping and receiving of deliveries;

• Notifying and reporting of discrepancies and obvious damages upon inspection/receiving of materials;

• Responsible for verifying incoming shipments of supplies from third party vendors;

• Ensuring that all the merchandise is safely and securely packed and labeled for shipping.

• Receiving and documenting merchandise for delivery or return.

• Enforce safety practices and environmental safety

• Assist in warehouse operations with maximum efficiency

• Directly reporting to the Operation Manager

• Other duties that may be assigned.
