Job Description
After the pre-screening interview, applicants are required to provide their certificate of employment from their last/current employer, as well as their transcript of records, diploma, or claim slip. However, these documents are not immediately needed after the over-the-phone interview.
Qualifications:
*Senior high school graduates with six months of BPO experience
*Four-year degree holders without BPO experience
*Good to excellent English communication skills
*On-site work in Cebu City

The available position is for a customer service representative. As a Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibility will be to assist customers through various channels, such as phone calls, chats, and emails. This includes addressing customer needs, following company and client procedures and policies, clarifying information, providing appropriate solutions, building rapport with customers, ensuring proper documentation, and meeting established targets.
