Responsibilities
• Preparation of high-level financial models for the company’s clients and investee companies
• Contribute to capacity building of the company by directly taking lead, handling, and managing
accounts assigned to you
• Train, delegate, and manage Finance Analysts assigned to you in producing quality and timely
outputs
• Work with Partner to interface with clients and investee companies for information gathering,
providing financial reports and insights, and financial strategies
• Communicate with clients and investee companies’ respective finance department for their
needed data and information

Majority of the time, the senior analyst will:
1. Manage expectations of client and/or partner
a. Work with partner or alone in interacting with client to fulfill their needs
b. Building personal relationships with clients
c. Interviewing client and their team for necessary information on outputs
2. Manage the outputs of their analysts
a. Communicate the expectations of the partner or client
- Deadline of output
- Type of outputs and strategy to create it
- Communicating the high-level story board of the output to the analyst
b. Quality check on the outputs of analysts
3. Presentation of outputs to partner or client

a. Spearhead the presentation of the outputs
4. Other ad-hoc tasks related to growing the team or managing analysts
a. Ex. Internal policies for team members
b. Ex. Suggestions for account remanagement

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Business Administration/Economics/Accounting/Management or
other related field; MBA / CFA / CPA is a plus
• At least 1-2 years of work experience in a financial institution is required
• Work experience in a corporate finance advisory and/or consulting role are a big plus
• At least 1 year of work experience in a leadership role is required
• At least 1 year of work experience of crafting, analyzing, and quality checking financial models
and valuations is required
• Strong knowledge base of advanced financial modeling, M&A, DCF, scenario and sensitivity
analysis, and cashflow forecasting from education or work experience is a must
• Strong foundation on accounting, corporate finance, and operational finance
• Strong knowledge on Microsoft Excel, Word, and Powerpoint
• High-level of initiative with a strong desire to learn and collaborate

Shift: M-F; 8:30 am - 5:30 pm (Output-based; if the employee is done with his/her task within 4:30 pm,
he/she may go home.)
Set-up: Hybrid
Location: Manila area

Benefits: The 13th month pay will be released every September, and the 14th and 16th month pay pro-
rated will be released every December. The 14th and 16th month pay is not guaranteed; it depends on

their targets.
• The employee will shoulder the transportation expenses going to the client office. Unless the
client or the company has a special request, they will reimburse the transportation fee.
• The equipment is provided by the company.
• The company has a meal gathering every Friday.
• The company does not provide mandated government benefits like SSS, PHIC, and PAG-IBIG.
The candidate has the option to make voluntary and involuntary contributions.
• The company does not offer overtime pay because sometimes they can go home early if the task
is done. They seldom work overtime.
