Job Description
1.Overseeing all IT operations infrastructure.
2. Developing, implementing, and evaluating IT projects in line with organizational objectives.
3. Liaising with other departments to determine and address their IT needs and requirements.
4. Managing and supervising employees in the IT department.
5. Ensuring the maintenance of current projects and technology systems.
6. Identifying vulnerabilities, the need for upgrades, and opportunities for improvement.
7. Proposing strategic solutions and recommending new systems and software.
8. Preparing financial budgets and performance reports.
9. Building and maintaining relationships with external advisors and vendors.
10. Ensuring reported issues are resolved in a timely manner.
Qualification, Skills and Experience:
1. A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
2. A master's degree in computer science is preferred.
3. At least 3 years of management experience in an IT environment.
4.. Sound working knowledge of IT operations, systems, and developments.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Strong leadership and project management skills.
7. Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
