Job Description
Completed High school (old or new curriculum)
Filipino Citizen, or hold relevant residence status
Amenable to working onsite (office-based)
Good to excellent in verbal, listening, and communication skills.
with BPO experience is a plus but NOT required
Job Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls from customers and health providers.
Assist customer requests for doctor's appointment, medicine replenishment, health insurance claims, etc.
Answer inquiries about health insurance coverage.
Make customer satisfaction the utmost goal for each call interaction
