Job Description

Job Overview:
We are seeking for a highly experienced and strategic HR Head to lead our Human Resource Department. The Human Resource Head will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives that align with the company’s objectives and support our overall growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic HR Planning – Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives.
2. Performance Management – Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and career development planning.
3. Employee Relations – Manage employee relations matter including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling.
4. HR Policies and Procedures – Develop, implement, and enforce HR polices and procedures to ensure compliance with legal requirements and best practices.
5. Compensation and Benefits – Design and administer competitive compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent.
6. Recruitment – Develop comprehensive strategic employer branding, recruiting, and retention plans to meet the human capital needs of the organization.
7. Leadership and Team Management – Provide leadership and guidance to the HR team by overseeing the administration, talent attraction, recruitment, career development, succession planning, and fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and accountability.
8. Perform other tasks required and to represent the company in external organizations.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Political Science, or related field.
• At least 5-10 years of progressive HR Leadership experience
• Demonstrated experience in HR Planning, performance management, compensation and benefits, and employee relations.
• In-depth knowledge of HR principles, best practices, and regulations
• Strong supervisory, leadership, strategic thinking, planning, and execution skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships at all levels of the organization.
