Job Description

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Generate and process purchase orders accurately and on time.
Verify order details, including quantities, prices, and delivery schedules.
Communicate with suppliers to confirm order details, track deliveries, and resolve any discrepancies.
Maintain positive relationships with suppliers and address any issues that may arise.
Maintain organized and up-to-date records of purchase orders, invoices, and related documentation.
Assist in the maintenance of an efficient filing system for easy retrieval of purchasing documents.
Enter relevant data into the purchasing system accurately and promptly.
Generate reports as needed to support management in making informed purchasing decisions.
Provide administrative support to the purchasing team, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and handling inquiries.
Assist in maintaining and updating supplier information in the system.
Work with the purchasing team to implement best practices and contribute to process improvements.
Submits daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required by the Management
Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
Set a good example to other employees.
Additional responsibilities as required.
Job Specification:
Candidate must be at least a High School Graduate or equivalent; additional education or certification in procurement is a plus.
Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in a purchasing or procurement environment.
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with purchasing software/systems.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Detail-oriented and highly organized
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Salary:
18.000,00 ₱ Monthly
