Job Description
Responsibilities:
Create test automation resources, including function libraries.
Handle duplicate and dynamic objects using index properties and regular expressions.
Collect test data for data-driven testing.
Develop test cases (test scripts) using Selenium WebDriver, Java, and TestNG annotations.
Implement parameterization, synchronization, and define test results.
Debug and run tests.
Analyze test results.
Report and track defects using any defect management tool.
Generate test reports.
Modify tests and perform re-testing and regression testing.
Expert Selenium Automation Tester
Responsibilities:
Understand and analyze the application under test with respect to object identification.
Create test scenarios and collect relevant test data.
Identify end-to-end scenarios and ensure code modularity.
Implement JUnit or TestNG test automation frameworks and develop automation infrastructure.
Develop reusable components.
Enhance test cases (test scripts) using element locators, WebDriver methods, Java programming concepts, and TestNG annotations.
Handle errors and add comments for clarity.
Create data-driven tests and execute them through the framework.
Perform cross-browser testing (execute test cases on various browsers like Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, IE, and Safari).
Execute tests in parallel.
Define and export test results.
Analyze test results and report defects.
Track defects and select test cases for re-testing and regression testing.
Modify and maintain test automation resources.
