IBEX Global Solutions is currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Healthcare Account Voice Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to healthcare account customers, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound and outbound calls from healthcare account customers, providing assistance, answering inquiries, and resolving issues.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy while interacting with customers.
• Provide accurate and detailed information about healthcare products, services, and policies.
• Document customer interactions and update customer records in the system.
• Collaborate with other team members and departments to resolve complex customer issues.
• Meet or exceed performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, call quality, and productivity targets.

REQUIREMENTS:
Age requirement:
• Minimum 18 years old
Education:
• Completed K12 or at least 2 years of college
Experience:
• High School graduates need at least 6 months of BPO experience for International accounts or 1 year for local accounts
• Excellent written communication skills
