Job Description
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or other related field
• At least 2 years of experience in conducting qualitative and quantitative research methodologies
• Ability to relay data in a visualized way, and use gathered insights to clearly pull together a story
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills, including experience with conducting interviews and presenting research and analysis to executives
• Experience in using analytics and market intelligence tools such as AppAnnie, SimilarWeb, and PitchBook is a plus but not required.
Job Description:
• Conduct desk research, moderate focus group discussions/interviews, and craft discussion guides to better understand customers and validate their pain points.
• Analyze data and trends to come up with relevant and research-based recommendations to support new ideas and our ventures.
• Organize gathered data and insights for presentation to the leadership team and other stakeholders.
• Provide market research support to new ideas, existing ventures, and early stage portfolio companies.
• Understand industry trends and new technologies with appreciation for the digital ecosystem and economy.
• Create customer profiles to better understand potential customers’ needs and behaviors.
