Job Description
Bachelor’s degree in Law (Internal)
PH Bar Passer (External)
Preferably 3 years’ + of experience at law firm and/or as in-house counsel and experience in coordinating a group of work.
Good understanding of contractual principles required for review and assessment of contractual arrangements.
Exercises reasonable judgment to apply company policy and procedure in risk mitigation and timely escalates to line manager with issues.
Ability to effectively communicate with executives at all levels of the organization.
Good time-management, prioritization, organizational and analytical skills.
Demonstrates a specialized subject-matter experience.
Good to Have:
