Accounting Staff

• Maintaining financial records and reports of all the company transactions
• Updating ERP Software for daily transactions with accurate details and information
• Respond to inquiries and provide financial information to branches, other departments, and subsidiaries regarding the status of accounts, payments, billing details, and other accounting-related transactions
• Updating Books of Accounts (BOA)
• Manage and update payroll information ensuring that all employees get accurate compensation
• Ensure that all internal accounting procedures are efficiently complied
• Preparation of BIR Taxes Reports based on BIR Filing deadlines and frequency
• Reconciling account balances as assigned in maintaining accurate accounting reports
• Ensuring compliance with GAAP
• Preparation of documents needed for government compliance (on a case basis)
• Assisting Accounting Unit/Senior Accounting Officer as needed
• Other assignments that may be given from time to time

Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance required
• Experience in Accounting Software
• Familiarity with Accounting and Corporate finance principles and procedures
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and organize efficiently
• Strong numeracy and analytical skills
• Highly organized and detailed oriented
