Job Description
Graduate of any 4-year course, At least 5 years related experience or 7 years in other areas of HR.
Understand Business, Acumen and Basics of Design Financials.
With strong knowledge of HR policies, practices, and employment laws in the Philippines,
Fluency in English and Filipino is required.
Possesses unquestionable integrity, and empathy.
Excellent human relation and problem-solving skills.
Defines section mid-term plan and budget to support company initiatives and goals,
Revises, analyzes, and designs framework for people services & development.
Reviews ER/IR implementations of more junior HRBPS to ensure high quality of executions.
Implements & Reviews HR process together with CoEs to ensure likelihood of success of implementation,
Mentors/Coaches other HR's in handling, responding to, and closing the grievance/complaints within the company.
Willing to be assigned at Murata, FPIP Tanauan, Batangas
