Job Description
• Managing and strategizing monthly, quarterly and annual Sales for exclusive projects to achieve marketing and sales objectives.
• Setting, monitoring and reporting on team goals
• Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand network.
• Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness.
• Participate in the monthly, quarterly, and annual planning of company’s objectives.
• Conduct product knowledge seminars, trainings, and site orientations to be more equipped.
• Schedule an appointments and meetings with our Partner Brokers and In- house Sellers regularly.
• Respond to sellers and clients’ inquiries and provide information.
• Foster a culture of product knowledge-sharing among the sales team.
• Develop field sales action plans.
