Your Key Responsibilities:
Schedule appointments to optimize client meetings.
Communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
Maintain accurate records of appointments and client information.
Needed Qualifications:
Associate / Vocational / 2 Year Course Graduate
Proficient with office software. Phone systems knowledge is a plus.
Previous experience, especially relevant to the industry, preferred
Outstanding English communication skills - both written and verbal
