Your Key Responsibilities:
Engage with customers to address their needs

Needed Qualifications:
At least 6 months of BPO experience (with previous appointment setter is a plus)
At least Associate / Vocational / 2 Year Course Graduate
With Outstanding English communication skills - both written and verbal
