Job Description

Responsibilities:

•Researching and identifying new business opportunities.
•Creating and maintaining a report on the territory sales.
•Explaining and promoting the SME products and services to clients
•Helping clients find appropriate products and services as per their requirements.
•Coordinating with the Sales team to meet monthly and yearly sales targets.
•Addressing any customer queries on the company’s products and services
•Collaborating with the different departments as and when required
•Resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner

Qualifications:

•Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Business Management, or a related field.
•Proven work experience as a Territory Sales Representative, Sales Representative, Sales Consultant, or a similar position in the Sales department.
•Knowledge of the industry techniques and latest developments
•Good time management and organizational skills
•Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills
•Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
•Willingness to travel to different locations
•Ability to work under pressure and manage strict deadlines
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office
•A team player and ability to work independently
•Ability to offer excellent customer service
