Job Description
•Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent four-year course.
•1-2 years solid experience in Human Resources focused on Employee Engagement/Relations and Compensation and Benefits
• Adequate knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and guidelines
• Excellent and effective written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Well organized and detail-oriented
•Able to build rapport to all levels of employees in the company.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
