Job Description
1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA is a plus.
2. With at least 2 years experience as cash management team leader/ supervisor.
3. Proven experience in accounting or finance roles, with progressive leadership responsibilities.
4. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and regulatory requirements.
5. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle Netsuite) and Microsoft Excel.
6. Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
7. Effective communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with internal and external stakeholders.
8. Leadership qualities, including team-building, coaching, and decision-making capabilities.
9. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
