Warehouse Helper

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Assists dispatchers in preparing finished goods for deliveries.
2. Checks availability and condition of finished goods prior to delivery.
3. Checks the condition of Finished Goods stored in the Warehouse and segregate damaged products and report/inform to his/her superior about the non-conformance.
4. Ensures that each finished goods stored in the warehouse are properly tagged/labeled.
5. Assists forklift operators in dispatching Finished Goods for office pick-up, export loading & other related activities based on issued document.
6. Moving, piling and stacking goods manually or by using pallet and Jack-lifter.
7. Ensures cleanliness and orderliness of his/her assigned area.
8. Assists forklift operator and encoder/analyst in conducting physical inventory.
9. Responsible for monitoring storage temperature.
10. Coordinates with the concerned section/person regarding discrepancies he/she observed to the products (e.g. underweight, overweight, wrong markings etc.) and returns them if needed.
11. May recommend any means of improving the physical arrangement of Finished Goods. 12. Performs other related functions as may be assigned by his/her superior.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. High School Graduate or College level.
2. Experience in warehousing is a must.
3. Willing to learn, flexible, and a good follower.
4. Willing to work on a shifting schedule
