Junior Site Engineer

Grails and Build Corp (GAB Corp) is currently looking for a Junior Site Engineer that will be responsible in providing project management support to residential projects specifically in South area (Laguna). Responsibilities

As a Jr Site Engineer:
You will have regular contact with customers and the sales organization as a problem solver and discussion partner.
You prepare specifications and calculations for static quotes and deliveries.
You provide material lists for quotations to Sales and Operations team, for deliveries to the site
You support the Procurement Team by determining appropriate site materials needed and formwork solutions that meet the projects’ needs (economically, and in compliance with safety and regulatory guidelines).
You ensure that work is on schedule and lead the planning and improvement of robust solutions to technical challenges, motivating cross-functional workers to deliver.
Any other official duties as may be assigned by the Management.

Qualifications

What you need to qualify for the job:
Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering/Architecture or equivalent education.
Minimum 6 months of field experience
Outstanding site management skills
Well developed analytical skills and technical proficiency.
Excellent proficiency in English
Strong communication skills with concise and clarity to multiple stakeholder e.g. clients
Preferably near or residing in Cavite, and Laguna.
Willing to relocate if far from the area.
Must have a motorcycle/car (If not, with a drivers license).
Must be a licensed Civil Engr. (Required)

Additional Information

This position will be based in Laguna project sites.
The office location is in Tandang Sora, Quezon City.
