Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Iloilo City, Philippines

Salary: Up to 35,000 PHP + Skills Premium Pay

Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years old
High school or senior high school graduate
Excellent English communication and interaction skills
Prior experience in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) preferred
Willingness to work in shifting schedules
Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat
Handle inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide appropriate solutions
Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all interactions
Accurately document customer interactions and transactions
Meet or exceed performance targets and quality standards
Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies
Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Excellent problem-solving skills
