Job Description
SALARY RANGE: ₱25,000 - ₱35,000
WORK SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday | 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology or Human Resource Management
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Human Resources
- Experience as a Skills Development Facilitator is advantageous
- Additional training / certificate in Payroll Management is advantageous
- Labor Relations Certification is advantageous
- Able to engage in meaningful negotiation and resolution
- Knowledge of employment legislation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Protecting the interests of all employees
- Full understanding of HR functions and best practices
