Job Description

Work Schedule: 40 hrs per week, 8 hrs per day, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM OR 9:00PM to 6:00AM from Monday to Friday,

Responsibilities:
 Present and promote services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customer.
 Performing cost- benefit and needs analysis of existing and potential customers to meet their needs.
 Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
 Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
 Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
 Achieve agreed upon sales target and outcomes within schedule.
 Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
 Analyze the territory/ market potential, track sales and status reports.
 Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems and interest, competitive activities, and potential for new services.
 Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
 Continuously improve through feedback.

Requirements and Skills:
• Proven work experience atleast 5 years as a Sales Representative
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships.
• Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
• Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills
• Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
• Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.
• Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field

II. Salary Structure:
 Monthly Basic Salary: PHP35,000.00
 13th Month Pay: Prorated

III. Start Date: As soon as possible

IV. Employee Status: Permanent

V. Place of Work: Unit 901/902 One Trium Tower 6324 Filinvest Avenue, Filinvest Corporate City Alabang 1781 Muntinlupa City.

VI. Work Schedule: 40 hrs per week, 8 hrs per day, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM from Monday
to Friday,
