Job Description

Work Schedule: 40 hrs per week, 8 hrs per day, 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM/ 8:00 AM TO 5:00PM from Monday to Friday,

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in Immigration Industry or any related field (preferably in an International Organization)
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, International Relations, or Social Sciences.
• Proven Experience as a Client Relations or Relationship Management.
• Fluency in English Language is a huge plus.
• Excellent, interpersonal, negotiation, and management skills.
• Ability to work well with a team.
• Excellent Research and Feedback skills
• Excellent use of Initiative and Proactive approach in delivering tasks.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all aspects of the visa service,
• Ensuring that the process of visa applications runs smoothly.
• Process and assess application for visas in accordance with relevant legislation, policies, and procedures.
• Use and maintain all resources and materials provided by clients appropriately.
• Build good relation with clients, provide consulting and respond to their enquiries via phone, email or in person.
• Build good relationship with all stakeholders, especially with embassy officers that is a good tool that can provide us favor for visa processing.
• Be willing to learn and research application procedure and policies so as all visa application processing is effective and efficient.
• Interview clients and where necessary request additional information to support an application.
• Consider integrity and risk in decision making.
• Write case notes, assessment, decision records and correspondence.
• Record data including details of every client interaction.
• Assist with interpretation, translation and documents checks.

Place of Work: Unit 901/902 One Trium Tower 6324 Filinvest Avenue, Filinvest Corporate City Alabang 1781 Muntinlupa City.
Benefit Structure:

• Monthly Basic Salary: PHP 15k to 20k
• 13th Month Pay: Prorated
• Vacation Leave and Sick Leave
• Other Benefits
Salary:
15.000,00 ₱ Monthly
