Job Description

Qualifications:
 College graduate or undergraduate of BS Interior Design with background in civil
engineering
 Preferably has sales experience with construction materials
 Able to negotiate agreements and keep records of sales data
 With knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles
 Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships
 Enthusiastic and passionate
Responsibilities:
 Present and sell products used in finishing construction materials
 Able to take over and manage some accounts
 Remain in regular contact with the client to understand and meet their needs
 Hit sales target
 Follow and craft detailed business plans designed to attain predetermined goals and quotas
 Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal
 Provide professional after-sales support to maximize customer loyalty

 Mandaluyong City
Work Schedule:
 8:30am to 5:30pm, Monday to Saturday
