Job Description

Customer Service Representative for Cargo Services Operations.
Flight monitoring and auditing shipment documentations.
Constant communication with client using email and system messaging.

Qualifications:
· Graduate of any 4-year course with Bachelor’s degree
. Open to fresh graduates
. Experience in Airline industry is a plus but not required.
· Computer Savvy (MS office programs Word, Excel etc.)
· We prioritize residence from Makati, Pasay and Manila.
· Must pass Medical test & Public trust (NBI, Police & Barangay)
· Can start immediately
. Owns a PC or laptop with Internet at home

Work schedule & location:
· Office duty / full time (40hrs/week)
· 24/7 x 365 "shifting schedule including Holidays"
· Office location - Makati CBD
