Job Requirements:
Must be a graduate of any 4-year course.
Previous experience in marketing and sales within the financial or banking industry is required.
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
Organized, friendly, with strong public relations abilities.
Flexible, articulate, and able to handle pressure.
Willingness to do field work.
Responsibilities as an Associate, Small Merchants in Davao De Oro:
Responsible for affiliating or disaffiliating new-to-bank (NTB) merchants for P2M/e-wallet and/or new product expansion within the assigned area.
Provides assistance to the division and company promotions and projects.
Searches and evaluates potential merchants within the area, building a portfolio of prospects.
Conducts regular visits to assigned merchants to address their immediate needs and concerns promptly.
Reviews actual billings against targets and prepares weekly and monthly analysis reports for submission to the division and group head.
Recommends and carries out disaffiliation of merchants based on various criteria, such as non-billers, failure to meet billing requirements, fraud cases, or as recommended by CCAP.
