Job Description

SALES AND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER FOR RESIDENTIAL ENTERTAINMENT

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s degree or above in business administration, Management, Marketing or related field.
• Solid Background in developing B2C markets and/or B2B businesses.
• Proven record of accomplishment of success in business development, sales, Marketing or account management.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
• With understanding of audio-visual technologies and/or smart home integration is preferred by not required.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the residential Entertainment market segment, with a focus on high-end properties and luxury clientele.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, and other industry stakeholders to generate leads and referrals.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive threats, and growth opportunities.
• Lead sales and marketing teams to develop compelling sales collateral, presentations, and proposals.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote our brand and generate new business leads.
• Stay informed about advancements in audio-visual technology and industry best practices.

SALARY:
• P80,000 - P120,000

WORK LOCATION:
• Gilmore, Quezon City
