Job Description
- Manages investigation on cases that warrant disciplinary action to the employee and ensures compliance of due process
- Ensures that all labor issues are attended to and settled within given timetable. Monitors status of DOLE joint assessments nationwide and ensures that all cases are settled within given timetable
- Coordinates with legal counsel on company’s labor cases, service agreements with clients, and other legal matters
