Managing Director

As the Managing Director, you will be responsible for providing strategic direction, leadership, and overall management of our diverse portfolio of business units. Your primary focus will be on driving growth, operational efficiency, and ensuring the success of each unit. The role involves a blend of strategic planning, team leadership, and hands-on execution.

Job Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy aligned with the company's vision and objectives.
2. Provide visionary leadership to each business unit, ensuring they operate synergistically towards overarching goals.
3. Oversee operations of all business units, ensuring efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
4. Identify key roles needed within each business unit and coordinate with partner agency to fill these positions.
5. Build, mentor, and lead a high-performance leadership team for each business unit.
6. Drive successful execution of key projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
7. Develop and manage budgets for each business unit, ensuring financial sustainability and profitability.
8. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and regulatory bodies.
9. Foster a culture of innovation, risk-taking, and continuous improvement across all business units.


Job Requirements:

 MBA or equivalent advanced degree in business management.
 Proven track record of at least 5 years of extensive experience as General Manager, preferably within the healthcare or technology sector.
 Strong strategic thinking and decision-making abilities.
 Excellent leadership and team-building skills.
 Exceptional project management skills with a focus on results.
 Strong financial acumen and budget management experience.
