Job Description
Overall in charge of the day-to-day operations of the center - focusing on the CLINICAL AUDITORS DEPARTMENT
Responsible for the attainment of client-set goals, efficiency targets, and overall center performance.
Communicate with employees and customers to ensure prompt and courteous attention to all questions regarding products and services.
Responsible for knowing the intricacies and compliance standards of all key benefit management programs.
Continuously coach the team to ensure the individual and team performance goals are achieved.
Tracks and monitors team performance; provides feedback to agents.
Will be managing nurses in our organization who do clinical audits and MDS for nursing homes

Qualifications
PH or US Registered Nurse with active license
Has actual Minimum Data Set Coordination experience for a nursing home - knowledge only is not enough. We need the experience of at least 6 months.
Excellent English communication skills
Available to start as soon as possible
Supervisor or managerial experience is an advantage
Work details:
Will work mostly from home; 2-3 days in a month may be requested to report onsite for leaders meetings, etc. (Makati)
Will report to an Operations Director
