Job Description
ACCOUNTING SUPERVISOR
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Overseeing daily transactions (e.g. accounts payable/receivable, general ledger and bank reconciliations, forecasting)
• Handling taxation and permits processing
• Monitor the daily performance of the accounting department
• Organize financial data into usable information and maintain updated records
• Track the progress of financial and accounting objectives
• Establish accounting policies and procedures, aligned with company’s targets
JOB QUALIFICATION:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology or any other related field of study.
• Preferable with experience in Bookkeeping
• Preferably with at least 3 - 4 years of work experience in Accounting or equivalent
• Computer literate and must have at least basic knowledge in MS Word, Excel, and Quick Books.
• With experiences in handling account payable and receivables
• At least with experience in BDO Corporate Banking
