Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Advertising, Project Management, or related field (or currently pursuing).
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree.
• Experience in Sales and Relationship Management for B2B clients.
• Four or more years of project management experience.
• Age: 28 to 38 years old.
Key Responsibilities:
• Generating leads and reaching out to prospects.
• Communicating and gathering information on a project’s scope, budgets, and timelines as well as understanding the core challenge that the client is facing.
• Creating project proposals and costings for presentation and submission to client.
• Negotiating and closing engagements with clients.
• Setting expectations, milestones, and timelines for project deliverables.
• Monitoring project progress and identifying potential risks or obstacles.
• Facilitating communication between team members, stakeholders, and clients to ensure project alignment.
• Coordinating teams to meet project milestones.
• Creating or consolidating presentation decks.
• Assisting in research – gathering and consolidating data from desk research or third party agencies to be ready for analysis.
• Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation.
• Preparing regular project updates and reports.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with third-party resources, including vendors and researchers.
• Making effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project.
• Reporting and escalating to management as needed.
