Job Description

This Building Receptionist is primarily responsible for serving as the front office receptionist and as the point of contact for general public and telephone inquiries.

Specific duties and responsibilities for this position includes:

• Handling and directing external calls to appropriate individual and department
• Sending out and receiving packages and documents to and from clients, suppliers, and employees
• Coordinating with courier companies
• Scheduling of approved errand requests
• Monitoring of daily housekeeping procedures of utility men at the areas of assignment
• Releasing of check payments from Accounting department to corresponding suppliers
• Providing assistance in the inventory and purchase of medicine, utilities, and office supplies
• Issuance of office supplies

To be considered for this position, aspiring candidates should possess the following responsibilities:

• College graduate
•With at least one year experience as a receptionist, administrative staff and/or customer service staff in a service-oriented organization.
• Articulate and can work well under pressure.
♦ With excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Applicants must be willing to work at the Fort, Bonifacio Global City.
