Job Description

Maintenance Technician Responsibilities: · Inspecting buildings, equipment, and systems to identify any issues. · Repairing faulty equipment units
Checking and repairing electrical systems. Troubleshooting equipment and devices to test their efficiency and safety.
Building/property maintenance technician · Evaluating, repairing, and maintaining plumbing, carpentry, electrical, and HVAC systems in the building
