Job Description
- Must have a solid experience in handling Manpower.
- At least 4-6 or more years of experience in HR Operations
- In-depth knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices
- Demonstrable experience with HR metrics
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases
- Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
- Good time-management skills and ability to work under pressure
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite tool
